Dose-ONE 6002
"Dose-ONE 6002” is a customised application for
batch dosing systems for food and chemical industry. It is a multi-platform
application and it satisfied all exigences of automation, supervision and interfacing with ERP.
Moreover the software manages the coordination of the weighing scales at service of subsystems,
which could be integrated in the configuration, or sequential discharge within mixing systems or
warehousing systems.
The system is capable to acquire weight signals coming directly from
loading cells or from electronic dosing reading heads connected in field network (i.e. Profibus
DP). The main feature is modularity and the functioning logic which uses routine softwares
tried-and-tested and customizable, i.e.:

recipe or formule management

final product stock management

reaming and linearity management of scales directly from the
supervision system

Components maintenance management
An other important point are data managed by a Relational Data Base
